All participants of any short or long duration programs, on successful completion of their respective programs, shall become alumni of TSA. Once a participant becomes an alumnus, he/she is put in a specific category of membership depending on his/her meeting certain criteria described below. There are five such categories of members and once this classification is done the alumnus is called a member belonging to the particular category he/she has been assigned. In order to be a member of particular category, certain requirements are to be fulfilled as follows. Also movement from initial to other relevant category is possible on meeting the conditions of the preferred category


Affiliate Members (AFFM):

Must have completed any one long or short duration program of TSA.

Associate Member (AM):

Must have completed one Long Duration Executive Program and 4 Short Duration Executive Programs or at least 12 TSA Short Duration Executive Programs.

Member (MTSA):

Must have completed two Long Duration Program or one Long Duration Program and 10 TSA Short Duration Programs.

Certified Strategic Management Professional Member (CSMPM):

Must have completed TSA’s one year CSMP Program and have minimum 10 years of experience in strategy teaching, consulting practice, or handling key position in an organization of repute or any combination of all these areas.

Fellow of TSA (FTSA):

Membership under this category is only by invitation. Leading strategic management faculty, consultants and CEOs of companies of repute are invited by the academy to become Fellow of the Academy. Membership under this category is for a period of three years and is renewable.
