SME Program through the LIVE, 2 Way Interactive, Digital Platform

Introduction

This program covering following subjects will be offered time to time depending on specific requirement. Detailed design to be provided at the time of launching the program based on enquiries received.
  • SME- Responses to competitive challenges
  • SME - Alternative Business Models
  • SME Strategies for Expansion and Growth
  • SME Finance - capital structure planning and working capital management and financing
  • SME - Turnaround strategies
  • SME- Organizational and leadership challenges

Duration

2-4 days totaling 10-20 contact hours spread over 1 or 2 weeks.

Batch Size

25 -40 participants. Each of the above programs will be launched within 15 days of closure of admission process. Admission will be on first come, first serve basis.

Program Fee

RS 4000 per day plus service tax. If  program is of 2 days duration, the fee will be Rs 8,000 plus service tax; for a 4 day program the fee will be Rs 16000 plus service tax.
